Cody;

I have tried to answer your pm several times and it keeps coming back so I will answer you here.

Yes fix all the exhaust leaks. You would be surprised to see how little of leak it takes to cause the turbo not to preform the way it should. After you get all the leaks fixed check your boost pressure and let me know what you have. I also need to know what injectors are in the engine before I can recommend a hot housing change on the turbo.

Hope this helps

Thanks don, not sure why the message didn't come thru but I appreciate the info, I'm hitting it hard now and even got the bays ready for some new metal, I just think that a change of scenery will do libby much more good than all the doctors have done so far, but before i can do that i got to get the old girl back into fighting trim, and fix the bus too lol.  I tore up the bedroom cause I didn't know about the access ports, I got the bus several years before I found the board here so went into the project cold, cause it didn't have a floor in it when i got it after I fixed what I could find for rust, I just covered the floor in plywood, now I find out about ports lol, well I'll have openings in it soon so I can get at the gasket from the top.  I'll see what i can do.
