BusW, I agree. Preventative maintenance is the way to go. Maybe if you are full-timing and break down, no big deal. If you have a schedule to stay on, a couple hundred (dollars) preventative, saves thousands (of dollars) in the long run.

I'll forward your instructions to my buddy.  I've swapped starters in my 4106 more than once, 45 minutes to take out, 1 hour to put in.

I wear the Tyvek overalls when working under the bus!  I look like a marshmellow that's been burnt!  Besides, my dog (125# Rottie) loves the snot out of me no matter what I've been into!  He has no shame, just oozes with drool and love! LOL!
