It appears to be a 1983 MCI transit bus. What the term "transit" covers in an MCI, I don't know.

thanks for responding i wrote the post late last night and did not include enough info it is a 1983 mci 9  but was trying to find the history on the bus  thank you for any help provided

I can't find DP038221, but DP038136 -137 went to Blue Bird Coach Lines in Olean NY as units number 547 and 548. DP038289-90 went to Autobus Parquette in Quebec as unit numbers 2038 and 3038.The records I have don't show the numbers between DP0386137 and 289.
