Bussin 09

    We are starting to gear up for Bussin' 09.  Bussin 09 will be held in at the Turner AgriCivic Center in Arcadia, Florida from Monday, December 29 through Thursday, January 1, 2009.  Early arrivals are OK beginning on Friday December 26. 
     With the rising fuel prices and higher cost of just about everything else, we expect fewer coaches this year.  We still expect 110-130 coaches.  Unfortunately, due the higher cost of everything we have had to raise the rally fees by $10.00 per coach ($5.00 per person). Rally fee will be $70 through November 30 and $80 begining December 1. As in the past we will have limited electric sites as well as dry camping.
    We are planning a bigger New Years Eve Party complete with our own dropping ball. We are also looking for vendors and people to do seminars and crafts. Because of higher travel expenses and fewer sales, many of the vendors are no longer traveling.  If you know any vendors that might be interested, have any suggestions, or would like to volunteer, please contact me. jconrad@rvbus.net or 863-993-3683
      I will be posting a flyer and registration form next month. Rally schedule will probably not be finalized until right before the rally (it is sometimes difficult to get definite commitments).  Jack
