Try going into one of those stores and not being male.  After bringing back the wrong part time after time,  I started always taking the old part.  One time it was a generator.  I asked the counter person to take the new one out of the box so I could see it.  He glared at me as if he was right and I was an idiot.  Well it wasn't the same.  His reason,  " It's the new model".  "Yea, right, then why are the bolt holes different?" I said.  He glared at me again and said,  "Well, I'll have to order that one."
