A commercial cleaning company in Bremerton bought about 10,000 gallons of off-road diesel for use in their off-road applications, after the State Patrol found some in one of the company's vehicles on I-5, the company was fined $1,023,000; the fine was not just for the diesel in the vehicle tanks or the company storage tanks but all the off-road diesel the company had bought since 2003.

Where'd you hear that?

Probably won't hold up in court. Will be very expensive for them to fight, but the state will have to prove all the diesel was used in that one vehicle. Highly unlikely they'll be able to prove it if the company has off road vehicles, too.
