Great Craig!

Just give me a heads up to see if I'm aorund. It would be great to share ideas and spend more time doing so.

Brews will be ice cold.

Speaking of cold, it's been snowing here most of the night and I have to catch a plane. Roads look clear so I'm going to give it shot.

Stay safe and warm,

Paul

Speaking of cold brews I tried something recently that really improved the brew.
I keep a couple of heavy glass mugs in the freezer. There was a tub of salt on the counter for Margarita glasses, so I dipped the beer mug in the salt and got a light coating of salt on the brim of the mug and then added the brew. Really delicious. And I know salt is not good for you, but from then on that is how I prepare the mugs for a very cold tasty brew.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body. But rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, a good Reisling in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming:  WOO HOO, what a ride

Good idea Richard,

I add a lime to mine on occasion, adds a bit of flavor. Not too much, just enough to taste.

Keep 'er cold.
