Hey guys,
I just read the thread on square vs. round headlights and was wondering if Buffalo's ever came out with square headlights from the factory? My 4108 has them and I was wondering if they were original.
And the reason I'm not sure is because the title says it's a '73 but the serial number (187) lends itself to be a '77. I think it's originally a '77, with a screwed up title,  but this could be one more determining factor.
  No biggie, just curious,

Chaz,

I am 99.9% sure that your square headlights are an aftermarket change.

The kits I have seen our of a very good quality and look as if they were OEM.

It appears that your coach, P8M4108A-187 was built in 1976.

For more information you'll need to ask one of our master gurus of delivery lists.

For a mere pittance, you could join the Ohio Museum of Transportation http//www.omot.org and as a bonus for becoming a member receive a copy of the final delivery sheet for your bus. Plus you would be doing a great service by helping a worthwhile organization to grow.

Just a thought.

Thanx Cliff. Someone else had told me that they may have changed to square headlights around that time, but they weren't sure. They do look good tho!
Oh, and Dallas, sorry, I got the number wrong. It's 197. Not 187. I had just run down to the bus and looked in the window and mistook the 9 for an 8. Either way........................ :-\ I imagine it doesn't really matter. I do know that Shoup's out of northern IN. (Middlebury, or something like that) took delivery of it.
I tried to click on that site, but no avail. It probably doesn't matter even if it is a mere pittance, I need to stick my $$ in the bus for stuff I need. Sucks, but that is the life as an artist. I have to keep my priorities in line.  :P

  Thanx for the help guys!
