You might check with Southern Oregon Diesel.  they have an MC5 they are re- engining.  I can't remember what exactly he is putting in there, but it may very well be a 4 stroke.

When I last talked to Southern Oregon Diesel, which was about a year ago when I was starting to plan for my turbo job, they said they were no longer doing repower jobs.  They will overhaul you existing engine, just not change to a different engine.  Although- they may consider the 6V-92TA swap since it is the same engine on the outside-just have to plumb up the turbo, enlarge the radiator, air cleaner, and muffler.  Good Luck, TomC

Its true they are not doing repowers, too much trouble and and especially liabiility for what its worth.  But they may have some suggestions for you as to what is a good engine to put in there, especally since they have one they are doing themselves.
