Hey everyone,

My drive tire size is 13.5x24.5. I would like to change out to 11x24.5's. But I'm worried about the change in engine performance. Can someone tell me how much will that effect my speed and do you think it would be a good idea to change.

The reason for the change is 11x24.5's are more available and cheaper.

Thanks for the info

Do you mean a 315x24.5?

Hello Jim,

Thanks for the reply.

No, the tire size is 13.5-24.5
wheel size is 24.5 - 10.5

Thanks again

Sean

11R24.5 tires are not approved for installation on 10.5" rims.

If you want to run 11R24.5 tires (assuming they have enough load rating for your application) you will need to change to 8.25 rims.

FWIW.
