Anyone near Pittsburgh, PA to check out a bus?

Looking at a bus in Irwin, PA. It's about 27 miles southeaset of Pittsburgh. Engine is gone. Need someone to look over mainly for rust
exterior for waves down the sides, baggage compartments sagging etc..
