I think that may be in the rest of the world - at least in passenger cars -- where they apparently feel the need to stop the irresponsible use of known ozone depletants.

That is why I will not have a swimming pool in my bus, the chlorine from the water treatment evaporates readily & goes straight to the ozone without needing any chemical breakdown like required to free the chlorine from R12.
