We've been using it for a few years now. It seems to work as it should, but to be honest we don't see much (if any) improvement over the other products we've tried over the years. The best thing we do for maintaining the tank and preventing odor is to use enough water to flush and to dump regularly.

Yep, we use this product.  No complaints, easy to apply.  Doesn't have the strong chemical smell as do other products.
