I'd like to reiterate BE CAREFUL ON THE ROOF OF YOUR BUS!
I sold a 4104 rear window assembly a while back to a bus nut who purchased Chazmon's 4104. Not too long ago that busnut fell off the bus roof while doing some work up there and lost his life - very sad and he was in the prime of his life... just saying. It's gota be better than getting run over by it but neither is the way to go.. please be careful...

Ditto Dan! Short story. Earlier this year I was up top doing some panel maintenance. On the way down, I missed the last rung and down I went. Surprisingly hard for only one step. Just don't bounce like years ago. So, had to do more work on the panels. What would have taken a few hours if I was up on the roof took like two days due to up/down/up/down/up/down... for a couple hours a day due to sun and heat. At least I'm here typing away. The damage to one's body after a 12 foot free fall is not pretty, no way not to get messed up.

OSHA has some crazy safety rules but in reality falls from 6' can be deadly, some projects have a 4' rule for tie off.
I lost a much younger cousin when he fainted just standing at the tool bench in his garage. His head hit the slab on the way down & all of a sudden he was gone! Be Careful...

Ditto!!!

I managed to ring my chimes hard due to step down failure when working on panels on my bus!!!

Maybe move the bus to grassy area?

Better yet just rent a vertical lift!!!

Gravity become more and more an enemy as you get older!!!

add a commercial ss tie down plate, and use a harness or sling. probably would need two. one near each end
