Hi long lost friends. We've just about completed a trip from Michigan to Portland Oregon. I'm having issues with my TPS sensor causing my ATEC trans to go into "do not shift" mode which stranded me at a Loves fuel pump for a while tonight. Is Luke at US coach going to be my source for a new sensor?

I got mine off Ebay at a far better price then DD. Have you used a Prolink to check the throttle count. They are adjustable. They must be within a certain range to work or you get codes.

You can get it from BSI. (Brake Systems) in Portland

Cool, I'm in Portland so that will be easy. Bill, I only have a Nexiq Link and can see that sometimes the throttle position percentage gets wacky going to zero when I'm at half throttle or 100 depending on the day. It doesn't happen often but I'm tired of the ATEC issues when it does happen.

So BSI can't help me unless I get a part number. I can't read it off the casing. Anyone have any clue what the number is? 1992 MCI 102C3 DDEC II.

I have a 550266 that works on DDEC 2 S60
I also have a 550389, I'm not certain of the application.

Your TPS counts should be around 50 at low idle and 200 high idle.
