Pro Link question...S60 cylinder order

Detroit diesel series 60. I have read something in a manual I got from a friend (Thanks Clifford) but can't find it now.
Had a misfire so I pulled out the prolink. When reading the prolink, is the #2 cylinder problem the cylinder as it is physically on the engine 1-2-3-4-5-6 or is it from the firing order 153624 (second cylinder to fire would be #5)?
I have a 61 MID 128 (response time too long) on Injector #2
Readings are: Inj 1-1.22ms, Inj 5-1.18ms, Inj 3-1.02ms, Inj 6-1.39ms, Inj 2- .73ms, Inj 4- 1.18ms
Cutouts          Inj 1-4.6         Inj 5-4.9        Inj 3-4.8        Inj 6-4.2        Inj 2-  3.5     Inj 4- 4.3
Guessing it is physically #2 cylinder and not the second cylinder to fire , but would like to confirm.
Engine is out right now, so I can't check again.

Found the answer. SID 5 , fifth to fire, cylinder #2 as per prolink readout
