Retarder joystick.

If it is mounted correctly, all the way forward is off, or weakest setting, depending on how it is programmed, click it back a notch at a time to add more retarder.

Switch has to be on, for it to work.

Lots of ways to program these, the way one works will be different from some other fleet's coach.

As a driver, I preferred the retarder with joystick, lots of variables, speed, gears and notches, to get a steady downhill speed in the big hills.

Happy coaching!

Retarder joystick.

That's what I was thinking. Now that I have a name for it, I can do some research.  Thanks
