MC8 master control relay

Looking for info on location for master control relay and solenoid on MC8.  Bus won't crank/ dash lights won't activate or bus cuts off intermittently.  I think it's in dash board but not sure.

Well your starting point is to check if there is voltage to the ignition switch as that is always hot. If not then you have a supply side problem which in your case calls out an emergency stop switch.
