Good day, looking for some input on buying parts from Buses 101.com
Has anyone purchased from them and how was the experience. I am looking to buy quite a few things

It would be very prudent to establish whether Buses 101 has anything to do with Walker Coach or any other company involved with Samuel Walker. He was convicted of 11 felonies in 2006 related to deceptive business practices. You will find many opinions concerning him by searching the archives. He was in Pennsylvania.

He almost got us on a Bus deal back in 2010 but luckily we figured it out and canceled the deal. He used the old bate and switch on us or tried and said he had to use the parts on another Bus that sold faster and that he would put the tanks and shower back in before we bought it but keep putting us off.
He supposedly is still selling stuff and buses someplace and he used to own that Website and possible still does. I would be very Leary of it.

Looks like he did not learn from his convictions. Strangely, some people were well served by him early on, but he apparently became a scoundrel of legendary busnut lore. It's a good thing petarm1 asked about buses 101.

Thank you all for your comments. I thought it would be wise to check with you all before i made any huge purchases on line.

It doesn't take many years, and there's a whole 'nuther bunch of folks in this hobby who don't know.

Gambling with Mr Walker with funds you can't afford to lose is a fools game.
