Here is a link to "a" picture of a air leveler valve on a GM 1967 4107. Can anyone tell me the oil that's in it? It's sealed up now but it needs more oil to put in it? It's smelt like rotten fish oil. It's very clear like baby/mineral oil.

Go to a truck parts supply store and get a new levelling valve. Cheap enough.

It's glycerine. Years ago, I got kits to rebuild some. A pita, now that you can get them so cheap and they are more reliable. Even back then, the repair kits cost the price of a new leveling valve now.
