IDK, but it looks like a 40's model Hound married a Volkswagon.

How long do you think it will take you to renovate it?  The basic structure is there and that is what matters. :-)

It looks like the climate in Zimbabwe isn't being very good to it!

There is rubber showing all around, so it's not a trolley. Judging by the soil and vegetation (and the oddness of the bus), my bet is that it is abandoned somewhere in Africa.

VOLVO has been building buses just about forever. Plus, they own PREVOST.

Australia?   Are they gum (eucalyptus) trees?   I guess it's good for long straight roads, maybe not so good in the twisties.

Thanks for the info Crabby...I thought they had built buses, had no clue they owned Prevost.
The front of that bus looks like a Volvo, IMHO.

It's also vaguely reminiscent of a 1965 Ford Thames van, made in England.  With the RHD, I'm guessing British (of course, it could be some "commonwealth" sub-owned manufacturer, like Ford of Australia or South Africa, or something CKD/"Completely Knocked Down" - built overseas from a kit of parts and maybe fitted to a locally made chassis/body.)

Could even be a RH steer as sometimes picture formatting gets messed up when posting, forwarding, coping, linking, etc.
