Needed PA Video System Parts

I am Looking for REI Video Sound System Parts for a MCI GL or DL, mid 1990's.  2000 model for REI.

Amplifier, the large one that hangs on the inside of the drivers area electrical compartment door. 

Control head that is mounted in the center of the dash above the radio

I sure would appreciate it if you have one or both of these.
