ProLink DDEC printer

I saw a ProLink on ebay with a DDEC cartridge and a printer for sale. Is it worth paying extra for the one with the printer or will I be okay without the printer?

Printers are nice to have but not a necessity for a Pro/Link the printer on Ebay is a good buy @75 bucks fwiw.I wish mine was a ink printer the thermal paper printers in a week you cannot read it and the paper cost $10.00 a roll
