I just don't understand why it takes you guys years to build a bus?????

I would guess taking your time and doing a good job that will truly last is a work of love. And it's costly if you want top grade materials

We are going on 3 years with our refit of the interior and then I will do the paint and graphics and am planning on being finished before next summer.....of course, I have been told that it's never finished....LOL

BCO, it's fun, it's information, and helps us all appreciate why we wanted a bus in the first place! :-)
And sometimes when we have been working in our buses and see a finished nice looking sticks and staples it helps remind us why we won't give up and just go get one that's finished

Never mind that they "solder" the trailer frame together.

Caught that too. Hope that's not they call a non-qualified welder... No sir, that's not a cold bead with poor penetration, it's just solder!
