PrixMax ?

This Australian maker of coolants seems to be well-regarded there, with users reporting that their engines run noticeably cooler using PrixMax coolant instead of "regular" coolants (whatever they may be).   Because it gets slightly warm at times in Australia, maybe they know something that other coolant makers don't?   Or maybe it's just an exercise in cynical marketing?   Does PrixMax make anything unique, or do US coolant makers also have similar products?

I would be the first to try something that lowers engine temps without bad side effects, but if it sounds too good to be true . . .
