OK first off I have no vested interest in this bus. I am only listing it for an Amish friend! He has no phone or computer and has asked me to help spread the word for him.

OK so I know very little about this bus except that he bought this bus sometime ago and he an his family (and a friend to drive) took it on a tour of the west.
They made it to Colorado where it overheated and ruined the engine. They ended up in a small town with a truck repair shop that was too busy to rebuild it for them. But the owner of the shop allowed them to stay in the bus on his lot. While loaning them tools and giving them step by step instructions on how & what to do. He checked in on them regularly and inspected their work before telling them the next step. With his supervision they did a complete in-frame overhaul in his lot.
They also replaced both radiators at this time. (and I'm sure other parts too! But I noticed the new radiators when I went to the bus and took pictures.
Powered by an 8V71.
It still has seats.

I have not heard it run but he said it ran like a top as they finished their tour of the west and came back home to Huntingdon, TN.

It needs a set of batteries as they were stolen while parked @ a friends place. But he said they put a set on it after that and it fired right up and they relocated it to a safer storage place hidden in a hollow on his property.
He's asking $5000 or best offer.

$5000 is nearly scrap value. Would be a good deal for someone. I've seen some skoolies go for this much and I think skoolies aren't set up nearly as nice for a conversion platform. More
Pics would be nice Bryce :) interesting story too. Thanks for sharing!

Yes Scott I told him that he could scrap it for close to that so he's asking that or best offer! He'd really rather not scrap or part it out, as he hopes someone would get some good use out of it like he an his family did. But if he has to he will scrap it. (he has teenage boys and sons in law he can get to help)
Ask and you shall receive! Here are more pictures!
