4106 Airbag Idenification

Hello,
I need to replace the front airbags on my 4106. I have found them for sale from several sources, but they haven't provided me with any info regarding model/part number, etc. I would really like to identify the model number of the bag to help me with my online search as well as to put it in my record book for future reference.
Anyone who has a set of airbags around or can help me out, I would really appreciate it!

I would just call Luke at U.S. coach in NJ. He will know exactly which bags to use and his prices are very good. usually have your items to you in 3- 4 days.
