The two switches on the floor are gonna be your turn signals.

The dimmer looking thing on the LH side of the steering column is an emergency signal...it would set a "help" code for the luminator and send a radio emergency signal.   If you have all the luminator parts, it may still work.   As stated the two switches mounted on the angled panel just i front of drivers left foot are the turn signals (first thing I changed).   The switches to the L of the driver is a horn and dimmer.  The frontmost being the dimmer switch.

Foot controls for the turn signals is still a great idea even of people don't like them..

I like mine.

Let that left foot do something and keep you hands on the wheel. The only catch is that you have to lift your foot after the turn or that darned left signal will flash for miles and miles. ::) ::)

And before you ask, That "other" knob next to the parking brake release is an air vent control for the flapper valve in the duct next to the entrance door to allow heat into the stepwell. You don't need it so just ignore it..... ;D ;D
