seeking Scenicruiser owner from recent sighting

Can anyone ID this Scenic by owner? It was seen last weekend at the Texas Springs campground in Death Valley National Park (CA). CA license plate reads: "56 QRUZR"

Any leads would be greatly appreciated. I would like to know serial number to add to my roster (if I do not have perviously) It could still be there if anyone is close by. Thanks

That is the one I have mentioned in a post several months ago. It stays at a local trailer park while it's in Indianapolis on the southwest side.

I filled the form with CA DMV to find out who it is registered to. We'll see what that nets. Thanks
