Sorry to hijack the post, but Boomer, tell me more, I have previously posted about my 8v92 DDEC II (NOT) starting out on grade greater than 6%, if I stop and try to restart at a certain grade (6% also being at an altitude above 7k feet) the bus will not go above high idle and the turbo will not spool even as I stand on the throttle. Recently talked to old DD mechanic who said I should have the DDEC updated, What say you? any ideas? Low mile well taken care of mill with 25 psi boost normally -  Thanks in advance, Niles
