What is the high and low side optimum charge for freon in these units on gauge sets? Don't have sight glasses on these. What is the extreme charge you can put in without damage to compressor?

Found the table on the Cruise Air sight with temp gauge and charge. Now it's off to blow something up! Wish me luck!
