Ground / Neutral

If you remember from a previous topic I am using three outlets, one from the pole power, one from the generator, and one from the inverter.  I will simply plug my panel into one at a time.  I'm wiring up each today.

On pole power, I have continuity from the Ground (bare wire or green wire) to the chassis.  No continuity from the Neutral (White wire) to the chassis.

When wiring the generator, I have continuity from both the Ground to the chassis and from the Neutral to the chassis.  Also between the Ground and the Neutral.

Is this normal?

I haven't wired the inverter outlet yet.

Thanks,
Dave

Your generator seems to have it's chassis bonded to ground - very normal - and it bonds neutral to ground, again fairly normal and pretty much what you want.  I'd call it good for that part of your deal.  You want ground bonded to ground everywhere, and you want neutral bonded to ground by each source of power - in this case the generator.  On the pole I would want the pole power source to bond neutral to ground, so that seems wrong - but not in your control.  You're not responsible for the pole power wiring.

Neutral and Ground do NOT have continuity on pole power, only on the generator.  Is that right?

Also, Should I have the "Bonding Screw" installed in my box?  Right now I have the screw out.

No. The safety ground should be separate from the neutral in your box. (i.e. Not bonded). The bonding should occur at the power source. In your case,
the generator is bonded, as you indicated. The power pole should be bonded at the park main panel (seems like maybe that one is not correct on the park
side). And your inverter should be bonded. You'll need to check the inverter to make sure it is. If not, you can bond it in the receptacle where you switch
your breaker box plug.
