why does the air leveling vale leak when at the correct height?

Basic electric over air system. flip switch and trip air switch. redirect air path.  biggest problem I have found with mine in the system this requires prob 40 air connections=possible leaks. Plus all the o rings in norgren valves at least 15  and solenoid control unit- 5 station.
