I didn't watch the video with sound, so this was probably explained but it was interesting to watch the first responders handling the scene.  The paramedics use the red ground tarps to indicate the most urgent treatment areas.  There are two at the scene.  Must have been bad.  Only the bus nut in me would notice the RTS in the bottom right in the video, probably there to stage the passengers who only had minor injuries or were not hurt.
