help, out of fuel and new be Phonix

I got a call from a new bus owner, ran out of fuel off interstate 10 n AZ (Anvandale 20 miles west of Phonix AZ.  Is their anyone out there that can help him?  He put in 30 gallons of fuel (to late) , but then batter went dead because he left flashers on.
I think what needs to happen is someone needs to remove batteries and charge good. Please call me at 562 972 2158  or call  him  at 702 409 9260. Really a nice guy... just not sure about why he ran out.
