4104 Fan Hub Replaced (Dodged a bullet)

Recently I posted a question about what other board members have done when the fan hub on a 4104 fails.  Didn't get much response so I thought I would post some pictures of what I did.  I think I dodged a bullet again.

I found a fan hub at a very reasonable price, free.
