electrical gremlin in headlights

When I left Bryces I had only one headlight, only 12 volts at dims 24 at brights. then they would reverse with the hit of the dimmer switch. today I screwed the buzzer buzzer back to the electrical panel after Bryce removed it to Quit annoying us while trouble shooting. Now lights work properly although I still only have 2 lights because I don't want to buy 24 volt bulbs at $20+ dollars each just to use them for a couple weeks then convert it over to 12 volts.
