When the wipers are switched on, one side will move out but not return. The other just leaks air. Is there a specific repair kit or parts to buy?
Or can I pick up a rebuild kit from a truck parts warehouse?

The best option is electric.  a kit is available and with delay and variable speed. well worth the trouble.

Will have to see if I still have the papers. been a few years since i did this.

Trying t remember where I got the kits. Maybe some one on the board will know
where the best place is now.

But it was well worth the work. The only thing is you will loose the passenger side defroster.

Take it apart, nothing to lose. As I remember I could find no parts online.

It could be something simple, probably a valve. I had my On/Off valves apart and finally got them to work through some Jerry Rigging but don't remember what I did!
