78 MCI5C value

I have a low mileage 1978 MCI 5C - a 35 ' model for those who don't know MCI's. It is in good shape, has been reskinned, insulated, and has new batteries. The OTR A/C does not work. The inside is plywood awaiting the finishing touches. Windows will be installed shortly. My wife and I no longer had the phsical ability to complete the project and I need to know what a good price is to sell this bus.
