Who was broken down in Charleston, WV on I-64 on Sunday night?

I was driving back from visiting family in VA and coming into Charleston, WV on the south side an Eagle was getting hooked up to a wrecker for towing.  I went by and didn't see any lights on in the bus.  This was around 9pm on Sunday night.  Anyone we know?  Anyone know what happened?
