turbo hot side outlet flange

My turbo seems to want a sleeved vee-band fitting for the hot side outlet and I can't for the life of me find one listed anywhere.  Maybe they are too common and simple to actually list in a catalog...

There is a spigot ID of 4.560" ID on the output of the hot side, and the ridged part that I think takes a vee band is 5.140" in diameter.  Where do you get such a fitting?
