Online subscription question

I subscribed via the online method last week. My payment cleared last week, but am still waiting for my account to be activated. Just curious how long it took others to have their subscription activated. Also, when I try to sign in it asks for a user name. I'm assuming that's my log in name for the BB as i don't remember creating a new one when I subscribed.

Your sign in name and password are the same as your the BB.

My username and password are different. I had to call to get it activated. When I called, Mike asked me what I wanted for the name and password. I waited about two weeks before I called. Call now and get it straightened out.
