Does anyone have any non MCI Part numbers, Rockwell, CR, Timken, NAPA for rear drive axle oil seals for a MC 9 and all the related parts to replace the seal.

According to some web sites this is the same seal as the GMC 4106 4107

The MCI number for the seal is 15R-3-8 .

The  CR 45010 rides tooooo far in on the axle.(wiper).. --- I JUST INSTALLED THE 44964, also ----- I have a National  seal 370022A ----    AND if the wiper(on axle) is damaged it needs changed(PITA)  job .. The WIPER looks like it the housing, but is driven on.
The   45010 on my left drive does not leak  but the right has a very slight taper??? cause I lost 2 seals!
The 44964 seal does not go in far on the wiper, took hub off and there is a difference in depth of seal, the 44964 axle seal that sits on axle sits closer to the bearing.
At this time I have a 45010 and a National 370022A  PLUS a wiper . will get  another 44964 . NO I am not a ????? just nut/pessamist, something is going to fail.

Ralph, the wiper shouldn't be a pain to remove. Just heat it with a propane torch and it will slide right off. Same with installing it. Heat the wiper up really good with a propane torch and it will slip right on.
If you drive it on you stand a good chance of warping it.

Thanks Dallas the one first one I removed from the right side was I think a national and I knew I was or had trouble when it was more effort was needed to get it the last 1/4in..
We should have changed it down there! I had a 45010 with me.
