They probably come from truck salvage yards that process a lot of old and crashed trucks.

You see tons of truck parts in Ca because of CARB emissions are tough there and the truckers just buy new trucks which is good for TomC.
You can find real late model diesel engines there they have blown a hole in the side and can be sold for parts only what a waste
