Lifts and or Pantograph Hinge

I have 2 doors without the cables or a place to put them in because of the 5C Saudi back door replacement fix with a bay door. There is just a door but nowhere to put the cable etc, nor do I want to.

Are there any lifts out there that will work on these up lift type MCI 5C "Pantograph"doors coach that will lift 80 lbs. Should I get one that is 80lbs of lift or 1 for each side and what length. Have any of you done this yet?

I also need the Big Pantograph hinge for the a Front bay door on the drivers side. Can you still get these or is it hit and miss?
