When I removed the 6V71 from the donor bus I slid it back and let it settle on a oversized pallet covered with 3/4 plywood.

I then was able to move it around the shop so that was a bonus as well.

I always wondered how the install would go,  I levelled the cradle with shims etc...  lowered the bus on the existing blocks, rear wheels removed.

Lined up the cradle mounts rolled the pallet jack forward till the holes lined up and set it down on the new rubber mounts dropped drift pins into holes. :)  Bolted the back hang down mounts, let the pallet jack down, pulled it out. In it was:)

Another job I thought was going to be harder than it actually was.:)
