Fuel sending unit

I need a new fuel sending unit and probably the gauge. I have one that surely came out of a cereal box or something like that as it drops to empty when its at half full. full to half tank works OK except it moves awful fast with my foot in the turbo. I looked in the search thing till my eyes fell out trying to find a laser sending unit that was spoken of 2 or 3 months back. I sure would like to get one and install it before TBR. Anybody know what I'm talking about cause I don't?

Richard, I got a new fuel gauge and sending unit from Isspro, in Portland OR. Nice unit and works true! I had to modify the sender to fit our tank properly as it was hitting the side of the tank. Been three years and I'm happy!

Not laser as you asked! It was late last night and I didn't read it correctly!

Not a laser, but no moving parts. We have had this sender for at least 6 years and no problems so far. We have 2 of them (main fuel tank and generator/ProHeat tank).   http://www.centroidproducts.com/  Jack
