I don't know the bus but I do know how much paint covers problems..... aluminum corrodes and when I a '04 or '06 all painted it remends me that mine is all painted and  I would prefer an aluminum bottom, if for no other reason than it looks good but also because you can see more clearly the shape the body is in.  Looks decent otherwise.

I know who owns it now. Just wondering if anyone knew the previous owner. If I make a deal the back glass will stay where it is 

I will talk to the DMV tomorrow and track it down. I know its not registered to the current owner.
