Skinning Windows

Does anyone know of a company that makes skins specifically for the 4905. I was told of a company that made an exact replica of the window panel right down to having the rivet holes drilled in the correct position. When I skin the two windows on each side I want it to carry under the roof panel and reuse the existing holes. I know I could make my own but thought if someone already had the panel pattern and they came pre-cut and drilled it would make this a much easier process.

BTW, I have already checked with IBP in Florida and they do not make the exact panel but would cut to size. Problem is they want $1000.00 for four .060 gauge aluminum sheets  plus freight, which seems way out of line for the price of aluminum sheets. I am sure I could buy the sheets for $150.00 locally.

Buy some aluminum, place the old window over it and make the cut/drill pattern from it, caulk and install. It's so easy it's almost fun, and much cheaper.  You can cut most of it with a circular saw, which beats the hell out of a jigsaw all around. You'll probably have to add some additional framing in either case, and you'll have to drill the panels for that anyway.

I know Ed and will give him a call. I know I could make a pattern off the existing panel but thought if a company sold them precut and drilled it sure would make it nice.
