Eagle Conversion on eBay - VIN History Info??

There appears to be a very nice Eagle that's been relisted on eBay right now.  Before the previous listing ended, I had emailed the seller asking for the VIN.  Perhaps Cliff or another Eagle owner might be able to tell who originally purchased this coach, like I can do with the GMCs.  From the photos, I'm guessing NJT. . .
